Thank You to everyone that attended Bill Fulton’s Live Stream seminar on Intermittent Misfire Diagnostics. This was a true milestone here at AVI studios as our attendance surpassed 100 individuals. We have you to thank for that!

In this course, experienced shop owner and technician Bill Haas shows you the best methods on how to make a customer comfortable when trying to sell necessary service. He also covers marketing tools, how to sell to different generations and how to improve internal communications.
