It is with much love and respect that we say goodbye to our dear friend, Sales and Operations Manager, Dennis Valone, who passed away suddenly February 17, 2010.
We were blessed to have him as part of the AVI family for over a decade. Dennis was more than a manager. He was a friend, father-figure, counselor, and an educator.
His knowledge and experience in the automotive industry was invaluable to our company. Dennis was an ASE certified technician and responsible for the research and development of new training materials.
Dennis was a dedicated family man. He was a man of strong faith. Those qualities made him the strong and caring manager we needed. He was also an honest man. We always knew where we stood with him. He treated everyone with respect and fairness.
He also loved sports. His office was a testament to that. You could spend hours looking at his collectibles and pictures. Monday mornings started off with “recaps” of the Detroit Redwings, Lions, or Tigers games.
Our hearts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. Dennis was the glue that held AVI together. He will be truly missed by all of us.
