This course is an immersion of air conditioning principles, refrigeration cycle, as well as different system design and functions along with the components involved will be discussed in complete detail.  Get an up close view of said components and a functional A/C system through our award winning “Chillinator” training aid.

  • Learn about different suspension system configuration and the pros and cons associated with each style.
  • Understand what the primary purposes of the suspension system are and how it accomplishes these tasks. 
  • Understand what effects improper alignments and failing components can have on vehicle stability and performance.

Course Description: This course will cover all aspects of modern air conditioning systems R134 and R1234yf alike. This course is an immersion of air conditioning principles, refrigeration cycle, as well as different system design and functions along with the components involved will be discussed in complete detail.  Get an up close view of said components and a functional A/C system through our award winning “Chillinator” training aid. Proper HVAC service, diagnostics & testing techniques & equipment will be demonstrated and put in participants hands allowing them to demonstrate and evaluate any system failures and courses of action.  Participants will be exposed to the multiple methods and use of system leak testing tools to provide the most precise and efficient results. This course will require the use of the store’s A/C machine during class. Participants will be able to benefit from all training within a classroom setting. Staying cool will have a new meaning after you complete the course!
