Topics covered on each engine will include cooling systems, fuel systems, emissions management systems, and engine architectures. Diagnostic mindsets covered will include driveability concerns, no starts, and common failures within emissions systems.

  • Diagnose and test fuel systems including low and high pressure fuel systems, fuel injectors, fueling controls and inputs.
  • Learn the importance of quality diesel fuel testing.
  • Gain an understanding of the role cooling systems play in modern diesel engines.
