Strengthen your diagnostic capabilities with this specialized course on General Motors diagnostic procedures. This course will walk through GM’s preferred diagnostic method: strategy based diagnostics. In this course technicians will learn how to more effectively verify customer concerns, especially when it comes to intermittent issues. Additionally, they will learn how they can leverage GM’s Regular Production Option, or RPO, codes to more effectively create a plan of how to diagnose the vehicle. This course also discusses how learning to properly group PIDs can accelerate the diagnostic process.
