Course Objectives: 

  • Learn about the different emissions created during the combustion process and how they are mitigated through different emission technologies.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the EGR system operation and what symptoms are present when various failures occur. 
  • Understand the importance of the PCV system and what happens when it fails.
