Archived Webinar – Reading Ignition patterns is a lost art in our diagnostics as the scan tool has become more powerful. This class will cover using the Digital Storage Oscilloscope as a companion to the scan tool information. How to read the ignition pattern to determine issues inside the combustion process test will be covered. The old rules for testing do not always help when testing on newer systems for ignition. So there need to be other test procedures that we will cover to get to the problems quickly. Take this class as a refresher or help start reading ignition patterns as a part of your diagnostic toolbox procedure.
