Tom talks in-depth about the ways automotive engineers are dealing with squealing. He takes us through the most common modern brake problems\, like pedal pulsation. He clearly explains just what torque is\, proper torquing techniques and how it can affect braking. Various brake bleeding techniques are covered. \nTo do a proper brake service on a modern vehicle requires using a scan tool. Today’s brake systems are much more complex than yesterday. A case study on a Ford Escape covers the functions of the brake pedal stroke simulator sensor.
